OPEN: 2024 Chemist Warehouse AFLW Community Ambassador nominations

The AFL is calling on the community to nominate a key drivers of women and girls’ community football to be their state/territory’s next Chemist Warehouse AFLW Community Ambassador.

Nominees can be anyone who’s had an influence on local footy, be that as a player, coach, volunteer, umpire, administrator, president or even a dedicated fan who supports women and girls each week.

Nominating is easy and should only take a few minutes.

The AFL will select one nominee each from New South Wales/ACT to become a Chemist Warehouse AFLW Community Ambassador.

Apart from national recognition, the 2024 AFLW Community Ambassador will receive:

  • – $1,000 grant from the Women’s Football Fund to donate to the club of their choice.
  • – A virtual networking event online hosted by AFL’s National Women & Girls’ Lead, and AFL Hall of Famer, Debbie Lee
  • – A money-can’t buy match-day experience at 2024 AFLW Grand Final
