2016 Community Club AFL NSW/ACT Raffle – Terms and Conditions
- The name of benefiting not-for-profit organisation is AFL NSW/ACT.
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of AFL NSW/ACT are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child, step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
- Promotion commences on 1/7/2016. Entries close 10am AEST on 29/07/2016.
- The price of a raffle ticket is twenty-five dollars ($25).
- There will be no more than five hundred (500) tickets sold. These will be sold on a “first in” basis based on the time in which the correct sum of money is received and confirmed by ALF NSW/ACT.
- The draw will take place on 1/08/2016 at 11am AEST at AFL NSW/ACT, Level 1 Sheridan Building, Sydney Football Stadium, Moore Park Road, Moore Park NSW 2021. Winners will be notified by phone and winners’ names will be published on the AFL NSW/ACT website (aflnswact.com.au) on 04/08/2016.
- Winners do not need to be present at the draw to win the prize.
- The decision of AFL NSW/ACT is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes in the raffle include:
- 2 Tickets to the 2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final including accommodation and travel*
- 2 Tickets to the 2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final
- 8 Person Catered Box for the Sydney Swans v Richmond Round 23 at the SCG (Date & Time TBA)
- BBQ Deck Experience for 10 guests to GWS GIANTS v Fremantle Saturday 20 August 2016 at Spotless Stadium
- Signed 2016 Sydney Swans Jumper
- Signed 2016 GWS GIANTS Jumper
- Total prize value will equate to over $7,100.*
- Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- All entries remain the property of AFL NSW/ACT. Entrants and their parents/guardians consent to AFL NSW/ACT using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by AFL NSW/ACT. The entrant also agrees that AFL NSW/ACT may use information provided by the Entrant for future promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Entrant, including sending the Entrant electronic messages and telephoning the Entrant.
- This raffle is open to members associated with and AFL club within NSW and ACT AFL competitions.
