Community Club Sustainability Program
Ensuring competitions are competitively balanced is a critical element to safeguard the ongoing viability and sustainability of Clubs and Leagues. Even and fair competitions lead to increased interest and provide a better experience for stakeholders, which leads to stronger competitions and clubs.
The Community Club Sustainability Program has the following four objectives:
- Assisting the equalization of competitions;
- Improving the sustainability of Community Clubs;
- Promoting player loyalty and junior development;
- Supporting the role volunteers undertake in managing their clubs by capping the need to fundraise money for player payments and providing a more competitive environment on field that encourages more volunteers to support at club level.
