The AFL has set up a National Customer Support Team which is responsible for providing PlayHQ support to Leagues, Clubs and Players/Parents. The Customer Support Team has a special level of system access that allows them to handle all stakeholder enquiries, including registration support. If a Player or Parent approaches your Club to say they need support completing the registration process, send them directly to the Customer Support Team using the below details.

The Customer Support Team is currently open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
In addition to the Customer Support Team, the AFL is regularly updating its PlayHQ support resources on the national Club Help website here.
PlayHQ also has its own support portal which Clubs can access here (as a Club administrator click on the “I’m an Administrator of a Competition” option when you land on the home page).
