Sydney Swans ready for Hawks clash

The Sydney Swans and Hawthorn come into their round 19 encounter determined to clinch the four premiership points.

The Swans have dropped their last two matches to Geelong and Melbourne while the Hawks lost last weekend against the Power and drew against St Kilda two weeks ago.

A win will go a long way to securing the Swans a place in the finals and a victory for the Hawks will put pressure on the top-four teams to hold their position.

This is going to be one of the games of the round as the top eight hopefuls test their premier credentials against one another at the SCG.
