AFL stars join forces for bushfire fundraiser
Teams and individuals are encouraged to come along to the evening of social football and the opportunity to play alongside some of the biggest names in AFL!
Cadbury AFL 9s is the modified, social game that can be played by everyone, no experience necessary.
AFL NSW/ACT General Manager Tom Harley said the initiative was a great way for the community to help those affected by the recent bushfires in the area.
“The Penrith Rams and Ramettes have joined forces with our western Sydney team to put this event on to help those in need; and I’m so proud to support them,” Harley said.
“Having Jude along is a real boost for the football community, he is an absolute champion and I’m sure it will be a wonderful night.”
“I would urge anyone interested in AFL to come along and support the cause and give AFL 9s a go!”
