The GWS GIANTS will take on the West Coast Eagles this Sunday, February 21 at 5:10pm at the Blacktown International Sportspark in Round 4 of the 2021 AFL Women’s season.

The GIANTS are keen to go back-to-back, following their 18-8 win against the Gold Coast Suns this past Saturday, February 13.

A win will see the GIANTS jump a few spots up the ladder as they look to secure a second consecutive finals berth.

Sunday’s fixture is also set to see the return of the NAB AFL Half Time Auskick for the first time in Sydney in 12 months.

Auskickers will return to the big stage and play during the half time break at Blacktown.

Liam Marshall is a GIANTS fan and will have the opportunity to get out onto the field this weekend.

The six-year-old, from the Marsden Park Auskick Centre said his two favourite players were Toby Greene and Alyce Parker, and that he was excited to return to playing at half-time of GIANTS games in NSW.

“Its fun,” he said.

“I love kicking the best, I get to run out where the players are and Mum and Dad can see me.

“Two seasons ago I got to run out with Alyce Parker at an AFLW game at Blacktown, she ran so fast but held my hand and we got to run through the banner.

“AFL is fun to watch.”
