Rec Footy – the game for everybody

Rec Footy is taking Sydney and Canberra by storm in 2010. The competition is evolving at a rapid rate, so much so, that it is becoming the celebrity sport of choice.

Channel 10 recently ran a story on the interest in Rec Footy. View the package by clicking here.

A celebrity team has been set-up in Sydney that features radio hosts Adam Spencer and Scott Dooley as well as Sydney Swans players Jude Bolton and Ben McGlynn and their partners.

The fun game is proving to be a hit for people 14 and above with the modified rules and mixed competition providing the perfect platform for people looking to play AFL for the first time or for those wishing to fine tune their skills in the off-season.

A new competition has been set up in January 2011 where people can sign up their own team of eight (three girls and five boys minimum) or come along as an individual. Visit www.aflrecfooty.com.au or click here for more information.
