Sue spreads the AFL message

Mrs Yeon fell in love with the sport, and the Geelong Cats, shortly after meeting her husband – a keen AFL fan – in 2002.
“It was a confusing sport to watch at first but after my husband explained it to me, I fell in love with it,” she said.
“One of the challenges she faces is changing the perception of the sport in the eyes of the Korean community.
“Many Koreans do not like contact sports but sports like golf. Following it is hard because nobody plays it,” she said.
