Players are required to be at their training venue 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Wagga region
Training start date: Monday 30 July

MIA region
Training start date: Sunday 29 July
Time: 10am
Venue: Henry Mathieson Oval, Narrandera

Broken Hill region
Training start date: Monday 30 July
Time: 4:30pm
Venue: Picton Oval, Broken Hill

Wentworth region
Training start date: Friday 27 July
Time: 5:30pm
Venue: George Gordan Oval, Dareton

Albury region
Training start date: Monday 30 July
Time: 5:15pm
Venue: TBC

Western Riverina region
Training start date: Wednesday 1 August
Time: 5:30pm
Venue: Denilquin Football Ground, Hardinge St Denilquin

The Southern NSW Trials will be held on Friday 7th September at Maher Oval, Wagga Wagga.

A detailed draw will be distributed to those players selected from their specific regions at training.
