Date named for Paul Kelly Cup Final 2023

The Paul Kelly Cup Final will return on 29 August 2023 at GIANTS Stadium.

The Paul Kelly Cup is the biggest school competition run by AFL NSW/ACT and has seen more than 10,000 competitors from across Canberra and NSW take the field to ultimately see if they can be NSW/ACT primary school champions.

Just 12 remain

A mainstay on the AFL NSW/ACT calendar, the Paul Kelly Cup’s format has remained similar in 2023 to previous years. Schools compete in local tournaments, which lead to regional finals and then state finals.

On 29 August the best 12 girls and 12 boys school teams will face off to determine who will be crowned the 2023 girls and boys school champions.

Brownlow medalist, Paul Kelly, will attend the final and will offer support and guidance for players on the day.

Stream the action

Matches will be played at the GIANTS training base, VALO Community Centre (Tom Wills Oval), and its AFL matchday home, GIANTS Stadium.

All games will be streamed on Kommunity TV with anyone able to access the streaming if they are subscribed to the platform. See subscription options here.

Of course, spectators are welcome and encourage to attend the 2023 Paul Kelly Cup Final. As always, the footy will be high quality and win or lose, everyone will have a good time.
