Pennant Hills lead national Army Challenge

Pennant Hills Demons Australian Football Club is the Quarter 1 winner for NSW/ACT in the Army Challenge Award ‘Kick for your Club’ promotion.

As the winner of Quarter 1, Pennant Hills Demons won a Personal Training session with a Personal Training Instructor from the Army for 30 Demon players. This special training session was held at Mike Kenny Oval last Tuesday night.

In addition to this the club also won a $1,000 open order at Bunnings which the club will use to continue the improvements at Mike Kenny Oval.

“The Army Challenge extends their congratulations Pennant Hills Demons and their members, and we thank them for being involved in the Army Challenge Award. We encourage Demons players and members to keep involved as Pennant Hills is still in the running for the major prize at the end of the season.”

The Army Challenge is a series of On-Line AFL games which allows players from all clubs to play and earn points for their nominated club. The club which earns the most points could share in over $45,000 worth of prizes from Rebel Sport, Bunnings or Harvey Norman.

Not only did Pennant Hills win the Quarter 1 award but they are also currently leading the overall award halfway through the third quarter.
