Updated RAMS squad announced

Following Saturday’s two-point loss in their National Championships opener against Tasmania in Queensland, there have been a number of changes to the RAMS side for their remaining two matches at Simonds Stadium in Geelong, against NT and Queensland.

Jayden Rymer and Matthew Wilson were injured against Tasmania and won’t play, with Timothy Coenen, Thomas Faul, and Kyle Galloway also out of the side.

Ruckmen Lachlan Behagg and Ned Reinhard are inclusions, along with midfielders Matthew Klemke, Jackson Kelly, Shaun Mannagh, Jake Brown, and Sam Simmons.

Under National Championships rules, NSW/ACT can take 25 players to Melbourne for both games, but will play with a standard 22.

Tadgh Kennelly’s men were disappointing in the first half of the clash with Tasmania, wasting chances going forward and suffering defensive lapses, but roared home with some exhilarating football in the final half hour, form they’ll be looking to carry into Saturday’s game against an NT outfit coming off a big first-up loss to Queensland.
