Eight concussions in five seasons with St Kilda had left Paddy’s career hanging by a thread, with the 24-year-old preparing for the news that he would never be able play football again.

Fast forward to now and Paddy is on the verge of completing his remarkable comeback story via the Sydney Swans in the new look VFL competition.

An amazing story of sheer perseverance, Paddy is using his own journey to inspire and help those struggling with concussion injuries, type one diabetes and mental health challenges,  all of which he’s grappled with himself.
