Footy’s back in NSW and the ACT

The 2021 AFL Community Series fixture has been released, with GIANTS and Sydney Swans fans able to get up close to the club’s preparations for the 2021 season.

The GIANTS will take on the Swans at Blacktown International Sportspark on Saturday, February 20 in the first taste of AFL football returning in season 2021.

The GIANTS will then resume games in Canberra – alongside the AFLW team – for a blockbuster weekend of football at Manuka Oval.

With the girls set to take on the Gold Coast Suns on Saturday, March 6, the boys will get the weekend started against Essendon on Friday, March 5th.

Following their encounter with the GIANTS, the Swans will head north to Coffs Harbour for a match against Collingwood on Wednesday, March 3 at 7:10pm at C.ex Coffs International Stadium.

Meanwhile, Richmond will kick-off its 2021 campaign with a pre-season fixture against the Western Bulldogs at Lavington Sportsground in southern NSW on February 27.

The full AFL fixture is expected to be released next week.
