Auskick season launches in the park
Auskickers, new and old, and their family and friends, are invited to the NAB AFL Auskick Party, on Sunday March 3 at Centennial Parklands.
There will be lots of activity for the whole family to enjoy including:
– Skills Clinics
– AFL Fan zone
– Sydney Swans player appearances
– Jumping Castle and face painting
– Giveaways
– The chance to win a signed 2012 Sydney Swans Jumper
– AFL Goody Bag for the first 500 kids to arrive
The party is a great opportunity to meet others from the AFL community and show your friends how much fun playing AFL can be.
“The NAB AFL Auskick Party is the perfect way to kick off Auskick in 2013 for current participants, as well as an opportunity to introduce new children to the AFL’s introductory program,” said Kieran Donohue, Participation and Engagement Manager – Sydney/Illawarra.
“We are inviting everyone who participated in a School or Community Auskick program to come along and meet some people from their local Auskick centres in an effort to increase the transition rate from community programs to club.”
