Under 16 Championships continue on Gold Coast

The U16 NSW/ACT Rams have landed on the Gold Coast for next round of the NAB AFL U16 Championships.

Metricon Stadium will be the setting for NSW/ACT to get their season back on track in their first match of the week against the Northern Territory tomorrow.

The Rams will then face Tasmania on Saturday, in their final match of the Championships.

In Round 1 of the NAB AFL U16 Champsionships, the Rams suffered a narrow five-point loss to Queensland at Blacktown – a result which will spur them on this time around

Liam Delahunty and Jackson Barling starred for the Rams during Round 1, both kicking four goals in an impressive display.

Ky McGrath and Samuel Gaden were also among the best for NSW/ACT, picking up a lot of the ball and imposing themselves on the Queensland midfield.
