Georgia Breward’s road to redemption continued last week as she tested at the 2019 NAB AFL Women’s Draft Combine held in Melbourne.

Breward, a promising footballer from the Grafton Tigers, suffered a devastating Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury last year but bounced back in emphatic fashion this season, testing alongside 48 AFL Women’s hopefuls over three days.

Testing in areas such as agility, speed and endurance, players came from around the country to come up against one another, vying for positions on AFLW lists in 2019.

The 2019 NAB AFL Women’s Draft will be held on October 22.
