NSW/ACT U18 Rams team to play Dandenong announced

On a high after a second win in as many weeks NSW/ACT State Head Coach Tadhg Kennelly is confident he’s selected a team that can make it three on the trot when the NSW/ACT U18 Rams play against the Dandenong Stingrays in Round 4 of the TAC Cup this Saturday (April 23) at Frankston Oval.

The Rams opened their TAC Cup account with a 6-point win against the Calder Cannons last Saturday and defeated Vic Country by 19-points in a practice match a week earlier.

“We’ve got a very balanced squad and all 30 players have been used across the two games we’ve played,” Kennelly said.

“It’s great to see the boys have gelled in a short space of time and they’re up for another enormous challenge this Saturday.

“I’m excited to see Charlie Bance (Wagga Tigers/Canberra Demons) returning to the team this week after missing the game against Calder due to an injury he picked up at training.”

Harrison Macreadie (Henty) will feature for the Rams for the first time this year.

The key defender hasn’t been able to play in the previous two matches because of his AFL Academy duties.
