Top of the table clash looms for Swans Academy
It will be a top of the table clash when the Sydney Swans Academy travel to Hobart to take on Tasmania this Saturday in the 2018 NAB AFL Academy Series.
Coming off a 96-point defeat of the Brisbane Lions Academy, Tasmania will look to test the only other undefeated Academy side in Sydney.
The Swans will welcome back Nick Blakey, however have lost last round’s three-goal-hero, Joey Reinhard to injury.
The match will take place at Glenorchy at 10.30am on Saturday, May 5.
The GIANTS Academy will be in Queensland, for the second weekend in a row, taking on the Brisbane Lions Academy.
Depleted by injury, the visitors will be without AFL Academy members, Liam Delahunty and Mathew Walker, as well as Cameron Edwards.
The GIANTS will be looking for a win having lost the last two on the run.
The GIANTS will play Brisbane at Burpengary from 10am on Sunday, May 6.
